These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bobo Universe applications and related services, including BoboStop, BoboKnock, BoboPop, Bobo Snake & Ladder, and other Bobo Universe products such as BoboTalk and BoboMusic.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using a Bobo Universe product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
You accept these Terms when you use any Bobo Universe product covered by this page. If you are using a product on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that use.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in Bobo Universe apps.
Bobo Universe publishes simple apps for communication, reminders, play, and everyday digital experiences. Features can differ by product. The sections below describe shared rules and, where needed, product-specific terms.
When using Bobo Universe products, you agree to:
Some Bobo Universe apps may offer account-related features. Depending on the product, account information and preferences may be stored locally on your device, in a cloud account, or both. Product-specific details appear below.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any locally stored account or app data. If a product stores credentials locally, you should keep your login details private.
Where an app stores data only on the device, Bobo Universe may not be able to recover that data after uninstall, data clearing, device loss, or device change.
BoboKnock is a Bobo Universe mobile game. Based on the current BoboKnock V1 implementation:
BoboKnock may also store local settings (such as music volume, sound-effects volume, and vibration preference) and related session or progression data on the device. Those details are described further in the Privacy Policy.
Bobo Snake & Ladder is a Bobo Universe mobile game. Based on the current V1 implementation:

Some Bobo Universe products may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future or in other products. Unless a specific product clearly offers a paid feature or subscription inside the app or on a store listing, these Terms do not create any purchase, subscription, billing, or refund obligation.
For BoboKnock, the current V1 product does not offer paid in-app purchases or subscriptions under these Terms (including no Buy Lives IAP in the final V1 UI). Rewarded ads that may be used for in-game actions (such as Revive, Reset to Last Checkpoint, or Reset to Door 1) are advertising features, not paid purchases. Any future paid offering would be presented separately in the app or store listing and would be subject to the applicable platform purchase rules.
For Bobo Snake & Ladder, optional dice styles may be offered as in-app purchases through Google Play. There is no Bobo Snake & Ladder subscription in V1. Lives are not an in-app purchase. Google Play processes purchases. Purchase, payment, and refund handling are subject to applicable Google Play rules. Deleting the Bobo Snake & Ladder account is separate from Google Play purchase and payment transaction records and does not itself erase those records or constitute a refund.
For BoboStop and other Bobo Universe products, purchase or subscription terms (if any) are limited to what is actually offered and documented for that product. These Terms do not invent refund or billing rules beyond what is already implemented or documented.
Bobo Universe apps may rely on platform services provided by Apple, Google, or the device operating system (for example, app installation, system storage, or device vibration). Those providers operate under their own terms and policies.
These Terms do not claim that every Bobo Universe app uses advertising, analytics, or tracking services. Some Bobo Universe apps, including BoboKnock and Bobo Snake & Ladder, may use Google AdMob to show ads. Bobo Snake & Ladder may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, and App Open advertising. When AdMob is used, Google/AdMob may process information needed for advertising under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Details about advertising-related information handling are described in the Privacy Policy.
Where a Bobo Universe product does not use advertising or other third-party SDKs, those services are not claimed for that product. Product store listings, in-app disclosures, and these legal pages should be read together.
Bobo Universe apps, names, artwork, text, audio, code, and related materials are owned by Bobo Universe or used with permission. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the apps as provided.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Bobo Universe content except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission.

We aim to keep Bobo Universe products available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, pause, or end over time.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue a product or feature at any time, including for maintenance, improvement, legal, or business reasons.
Bobo Universe products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bobo Universe disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the apps will meet all of your expectations, that local data will never be lost, or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bobo Universe and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Bobo Universe products.
This includes, without limitation, loss of local gameplay progress, settings, or account data stored on a device when cloud backup or sync is not provided.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using a Bobo Universe product at any time by uninstalling it or discontinuing use.
We may suspend or end access to a product or related feature if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of Bobo Universe products after an update means you should review the revised Terms on this page.
