This Privacy Policy explains how Bobo Universe handles information in applications we publish, including BoboStop, BoboKnock, BoboPop, Bobo Snake & Ladder, and other Bobo Universe products such as BoboTalk and BoboMusic.
Bobo Universe builds simple apps for communication, reminders, play, and everyday digital experiences. Different apps may store or use different kinds of information. Shared principles are described below. Product-specific practices are described in their corresponding sections.
Depending on the app, Bobo Universe may store information that you provide or that is created through normal use of the app (for example, account details you enter, settings you choose, or local gameplay progress).
Some Bobo Universe apps may also include third-party services that process information under those providers' own policies. Details for each product appear below. We do not claim that every Bobo Universe app uses advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Information stored by Bobo Universe apps is used to:
Some Bobo Universe apps store data on your device using the app's local storage. Locally stored data typically remains on that device and may be removed if you uninstall the app, clear app data, or switch to a different device, unless a product specifically provides another form of backup or sync.
Bobo Universe does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you contact us by email, your message and email address are used only to respond to your request.
Where a Bobo Universe app includes a third-party advertising or platform service (such as Google AdMob in some apps), that provider may process information needed to deliver and measure ads under its own privacy policy. Bobo Universe does not claim to personally collect or control all information that such providers may process.
Some Bobo Universe apps may rely on platform services provided by Apple, Google, or the device operating system (for example, app installation, device vibration, or system storage). Those platform providers process information under their own policies.
This page does not claim that every Bobo Universe app uses advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. Where a product does not currently implement those services, they are not listed for that product. Advertising practices for games that use Google AdMob are described in the section below.
Certain Bobo Universe games, including BoboPop, BoboKnock, and Bobo Snake & Ladder where applicable, use Google AdMob to display ads.

Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, ad delivery and performance, and fraud prevention. Google processes this information under its own privacy policies. The exact information processed can vary by device, settings, and region, and is governed by Google, not by a separate Bobo Universe advertising backend. Bobo Universe does not sell personal information and does not claim to personally collect or control all information that Google/AdMob may process through its SDK.

Bobo Universe apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it from our reachable records (such as email correspondence).
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by Bobo Universe apps. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
For products that store account credentials locally (for example, BoboKnock V1), passwords are not stored in plain text in the current local account system; a hashed credential is stored on the device instead. That local-hash description applies only to those local-account products. It does not describe Bobo Snake & Ladder, which uses a cloud authentication service rather than a locally stored password hash.
BoboStop is a Bobo Universe product. Features available in BoboStop may differ from other Bobo Universe apps. BoboStop may use product features such as voice input, reminders/notifications, or related device capabilities when those features are part of the BoboStop experience.

BoboKnock is a Bobo Universe mobile game. In the current BoboKnock V1 implementation, account/session information and gameplay progress are stored locally on the user's device. BoboKnock uses a local email/password-style account UI; there is no BoboKnock cloud authentication or Bobo Universe backend account system for V1 gameplay accounts. BoboKnock does not intentionally upload gameplay progress to a Bobo Universe server.

BoboKnock uses Google AdMob for rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Google/AdMob may process information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, diagnostics, and related advertising purposes as described in the Advertising and Google AdMob section above. Bobo Universe does not claim to personally collect that advertising-related information outside of what Google/AdMob processes through its SDK.

Delete Account:
BoboKnock Settings includes a Delete Account control. In V1, Delete Account removes BoboKnock's locally stored account/session/progress data on the device. Because there is no BoboKnock cloud account or backend save system in V1, there is no corresponding BoboKnock cloud gameplay account for Bobo Universe to delete on a server. Data independently processed by third-party services such as Google/AdMob is governed by those providers' own policies and retention practices.
BoboPop is a Bobo Universe mobile arcade game. In the current BoboPop V1 implementation, no Bobo Universe account or login is required, and there is no cloud save or cross-device progress synchronization. Gameplay and app information is stored locally on the device.
Based on the current BoboPop implementation, the app may store the following information locally on the user's device:
Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may remove this locally stored information. Bobo Universe does not use BoboPop's locally stored gameplay data as a cloud profile.
Advertising (Google AdMob):
BoboPop uses Google AdMob for banner ads, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and app open ads. Google/AdMob may process information as described in the Advertising and Google AdMob section above. AdMob's data practices are separate from BoboPop's locally stored gameplay data. Bobo Universe does not claim to personally collect that advertising-related information outside of what Google/AdMob processes through its SDK.
Device features:
Bobo Snake & Ladder is a Bobo Universe mobile game. In the current V1 implementation, players create or sign in to a Bobo Snake & Ladder account to use online features. Product-specific practices are described below. This section does not change the BoboStop, BoboKnock, or BoboPop descriptions above.

Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may remove this locally stored information. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete the Bobo Snake & Ladder cloud account.
Purchases:
Optional dice styles may be purchased through Google Play. Google Play handles purchase and payment transactions. Bobo Universe does not collect or store payment-card details. Lives are not an in-app purchase.
Advertising (Google AdMob) and privacy options:
Bobo Snake & Ladder uses Google AdMob for banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, and App Open ads. Google/AdMob may process information as described in the Advertising and Google AdMob section above. Where applicable, the app exposes Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) Privacy Options in Settings. Bobo Universe does not claim to personally collect advertising-related information outside of what Google/AdMob processes through its SDK.

Delete Account:
Bobo Snake & Ladder includes in-app account deletion from Profile → DELETE ACCOUNT, followed by confirmation steps. Successful deletion removes the Bobo Snake & Ladder cloud account and associated server-side profile, friend, and match-stat data covered by that deletion flow. Uninstalling the app does not delete the cloud account. Deleting the Bobo account does not delete Google Play purchase or payment transaction records, which are managed by Google. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of Bobo Universe apps after an update means you should review the revised policy on this page.
