Bobo Snake & Ladder — Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your Bobo Snake & Ladder account. Bobo Snake & Ladder is published by Bobo Universe.

A. Delete Your Account in the App

The recommended method is to delete the account inside Bobo Snake & Ladder:

Open Bobo Snake & Ladder.
Open Profile.
Select DELETE ACCOUNT.
Confirm the first deletion warning.
Confirm DELETE FOREVER.

Successful deletion removes the Bobo Snake & Ladder cloud account and associated profile, friend, and match-stat data covered by the deletion system.

Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may remove information stored only on that device. It does not by itself delete the cloud account.

B. Request Deletion Outside the App

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by email:

bobouniversereview@gmail.com

Please identify the Bobo Snake & Ladder account well enough for us to locate it. When possible, include:

the account email address; and
your Player ID, if you have it.

Do not send your password, refresh token, authentication token, or payment information.

Suggested subject: Bobo Snake & Ladder Account Deletion Request

Google Play Purchases

Optional dice purchases are processed by Google Play. Google Play purchase and payment transaction records are managed by Google and are separate from the Bobo Snake & Ladder account.

Deleting the Bobo account does not itself erase Google Play transaction records and does not constitute a refund.

Retention

After a verified deletion is completed, Bobo Snake & Ladder account-linked data covered by the deletion flow is removed, except where a limited amount of information must be kept for legal or security reasons.
